BC Racing coilover kit for the 2008-2011 Ford Focus MK2 (OVERSEAS MODEL). It comes in 5 series (BR Series, DS Series, RM Series, ER Series, ZX Series), so you can pick the setup that suits how you drive. Every BC kit is a complete, fully rebuildable coilover system with ride height that adjusts independently of spring compression.

BR Series - from $1,774

The BR Series is BC Racing's most affordable full coilover system, and it doesn't cut corners on ride comfort, handling, build quality or ride height. BC Racing tests every vehicle and keeps refining the setup until it is properly balanced, and the off-the-shelf spring rates are picked to sit between comfort and performance, so the car isn't left oversprung. Damping is adjustable over 30 clicks, with compression and rebound set together, which is one of the widest adjustment ranges on the market.

DS Series - from $2,066

The DS Series uses BC Racing's proprietary digressive piston. It gives more damping force at low piston speeds while keeping a linear feel at higher speeds. That extra low-speed control is what the driver feels most: less roll, pitch and dive, and quicker weight transfer on a technical road course. BC Racing pitches it as the choice for the best driver feel.

RM Series - from $2,212

The RM Series uses inverted mono-tube dampers front and rear on cars with McPherson strut suspension from the factory. On cars with front struts only, you get an inverted front strut and an upright BR Series damper at the rear. Inverting the strut puts most of its mass up top, on the sprung side of the chassis, which cuts unsprung weight. The RM's much larger inverted piston shaft handles high lateral loads for longer without fatigue. Those loads only really occur on McPherson struts, not on double A-arm cars.

ER Series - from $2,854

The ER Series is the next step up for drivers who want to tune compression and rebound separately. It has 30 clicks of independent compression and 30 clicks of independent rebound, and remote reservoirs that add oil capacity and shed heat faster. Every ER kit goes through the same development as the lower series, plus more real-world track testing.

ZX Series - from $3,745

The ZX Series sits next to the ZR at the top of BC Racing's adjustability range and is designed for racing and track use. It has 3-way adjustable damping: 20 clicks of low-speed compression, 12 clicks of high-speed compression and 30 clicks of rebound. Unlike the inverted ZR, the ZX uses an upright damper, so the upper mount can be replaced, and it combines the strengths of the DS and ER Series. Ultra-high viscosity index racing shock fluid keeps performance consistent through long track sessions and drift competition.

ER, HM, ZR and ZX Series kits come with pillowball or camber upper mounts where the car allows it. Camber plates are only included on kits where they apply. Pillowball mounts are rigid motorsport parts: they sharpen handling but add a lot more noise, vibration and harshness than OEM or rubber mounts.

Engineered for OEM suspension components only, including control arms and spindles. BC Racing cannot guarantee compatibility with aftermarket parts.

Installation

ER, HM, ZR and ZX Series use an external reservoir on a fixed stem mount as standard. Steel braided lines are an option if requested before you order, and the installer has to find a remote mounting spot for the reservoirs.

Good to know

Custom builds are available: extreme low, custom spring rates, Swift spring upgrade, corner replacements and upper mount changes. Custom builds add about 3-4 weeks of build time. Email us to set one up.
Warranty: BC Racing North America gives full kits a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, judged case by case. It doesn't cover problems caused by installation or adjustment, or labour costs, and it only applies to the original buyer. Keep your invoice and the kit's serial number.

Shipments, returns & refund

During the payment process, we provide delivery options with different delivery companies with which we have no contractual relationship. We offer commission free this added service so the client can receive its order without having to round trip to our warehouse. If there is any problem with the delivery, it is the consignee responsibility to contact the delivery company he/she dealt with directly. The carrier provide a limited insurance of 100$. If you need more, please contact us prior to purchase as we will get you the quotation for extra insurance from the carrier you will select.

NO return accepted. Exchange upon approval and proof of factory default.

Partial or full refund requests are subject to 5% administrative fees. Refund is immediately issued upon cancellation and a confirmation email is sent. However, depending on the payment method used, it may take one (1) to ten (10) days for the refund to appear in client account.

Special orders are non-refundable.
